DETAILS ITINERARY

DAY 01: ARRIVE KATHMANDU

We will have the representative waiting for you at the airport upon your arrival. After welcoming at the airport, we will move towards Thamel bazaar where we will spend one night. Before we reach the hotel, we will see the Pashupatinath temple which is a famous temple for the Hindu people. In the Thamel Bazaar, we may also stroll in the streets. And we will have a great night in Kathmandu valley. Day 02: Explore a day in Kathmandu valley    After breakfast, move to sightseeing tours to world heritage sites of Pashupatinath Temple the holiest Hindu Temple on the bank of sacred Bagmati River, Boudhanath Stupa the biggest Buddhist Stupa architecture in the world, Swayambhunath Stupa-the 2000 years old legendary stupa on the hillock also nick-named as monkey temple. Your day tour ends at Kathmandu Durbar Square Showcasing living goddess Kumari Temple, Nautale Durbar, the Kaal Bhairav, the Sweet Bhairav, the freak Street and more.

DAY 03: DRIVE KATHMANDU TO ARUGHAT (600M) 7-8 HRS

If the hotel is able to make the breakfast then we will have our breakfast in the hotel and if not we will have our breakfast on the way. From Kathmandu, we will take the tourist bus towards Arughat from where we officially start our trek. During the drive, we enjoy views of the Nepalese countryside along with the mountain scenery. After reach in Arughat, we will check out the hotel and we will have a great night in this beautiful bazaar.   

DAY 04: ARUGHAT TO SOTI KHOLA (700M) 5-6 HRS

Early in the morning, we will start our trekking towards Soti Khola after spending the wonderful night in Arughat. The trail to Budhi Gandaki valley now becomes steeper and the trek more difficult as we cross the Arkhet Khola on suspension bridge passing the shop of Arkhet Bazaar. We will keep walking until we don’t reach Soti Khola where we will spend one night.

DAY 05: SOTI KHOLA TO MACCHA KHOLA (870M) 6-7 HRS

On the 3rd, we will slowly start our trekking towards Machhe Khola after having breakfast in the hotel where we spend one night. Today is the first day of walking trekking of our Manaslu circuit trek. Today we head down again to the river and cross another suspension bridge to reach Maccha Khola where we will spend one night.

DAY 06: MACHHA KHOLA TO JAGAT (2340M) 6-7 HRS

We cross the Machha Khola and the hot springs at Tatopani. We will cross the west bank of the Budhi Gandaki. We climb over a ridge and the trek along the river and then climb towards the villages of Jagat where we will spend one night in these beautiful villages.

DAY 07: JAGAT TO CHISOPANI (1660M) 4-5 HRS

We will leave Jagat, cross the suspension bridges and reach Salleri from where the majestic views of Sringi Himal can be seen. We will have our lunch on the way then after we will slowly move towards Chisopani where we will spend one night.

DAY 08: CHISOPANI TO CHUMLING (2,386M) 6 - 7 HRS

After having breakfast early in the morning, we will slowly move towards Chumling after spending the wonderful night in Chisopani. We will enjoy the wonderful views of the mountain which includes Himalchuli, Boudha Himal, and a small beautiful village. We will visit the old Chumling Gompa where we will spend one night in this village.

DAY 09: CHUMLING TO CHOKHANGPARO (3,010M) 4-5 HRS

The trek follows the Syar Khola and Rainjam and reaches Chhekampo. We will cross the suspension bridges onto the opposite bank. The trail leads us through the lush forest, beautiful villages, landscapes, and the wonderful views of the mountain during the time of trekking. We will have our lunch on the way then slowly move towards Chokhangparo where we will spend one night.

DAY 10: CHOKHANGPARO TO NILE (3,361M) 5-6 HRS

We walk past Lamagaon crossing rope suspension bridges to the Rachen Gompa. We will have our lunch on the way then slowly move towards the Nile. We will keep walking until we don’t reach the Nile where we will spend one night.

DAY 11: NILE TO MU GOMPA (3,700M) 3 HRS

This day we are now almost close to the Tibet border where we walk to the west bank of the valley through the Tibetan landscapes. On the way, we have our lunch and then keep walking until we don’t reach Mu Gompa. And we will spend one night in this beautiful village.

DAY 12: REST DAY IN MU GOMPA

Today we don’t start our trekking because today is for the rest day. This is a day for rest at Mu Gompa to give you some acclimation. We will be making our body active constantly by hiking to a nearby location or exploring the area so that our body used to the altitude. And we will come back towards the hotel where we will spend one night in this village.

DAY 13: MU GOMPA TO BURGI VILLAGE (3,245M) 5 HRS

We will leave Mu Gompa for Burgi village after the hot breakfast early in the morning. While doing this day trekking, we will pass through the beautiful forest, a small village, many monasteries, and the suspension bridges before reach in Burgi village where we will spend overnight.

DAY 14: BURGI VILLAGE -CHUMLING (2,386M) 5-6 HRS

Leave Burgi village Chumling after having breakfast early in the morning. We will drop towards Chumling, after walking for about two hours we will reach a white monastery and drop to Siyar Kharka. Here we have our lunch then move towards Chumling where we spend one night.

DAY 15: CHUMLING TO PHILIM (1,570M) 6-7 HRS

Having breakfast early in the morning we will move towards Philim after spending the wonderful night in Chumling village. At the time of trekking, we will get a great view of the mountain which can be seen from this trail. We will spend one night in this beautiful village.

DAY 16: PHILIM TO KHORLABESI (970M) 6-7 HRS

The trek starts from Philim towards Khorlabesi. Today we will come down towards because today is the 2nd last day of our trekking. After 7 hour walk, we will reach Khorlabesi where we will spend one night.

DAY 17: KHORLABESI TO SOTI KHOLA (700M) 6-7 HRS

At the time of trekking, we will pass through the beautiful villages, small streams, and waterfalls on steeply rocky trails on the side of a cliff. We will have our lunch on the way then after we will slowly move towards Soti Khola where we will spend one night. Day 18: Soti Khola to Arughat (600m) 6-7 hrs Today is our last walk trekking day, after having breakfast move down slowly down toward Arughat bazaar. we will spend last one more night in Arughat and we will do celebrate after success our trip to Manaslu Tsum valley trek.

DAY 19: ARUGHAT TO KATHMANDU

After spending the wonderful night in Arughat Bazaar, we will move towards Kathmandu valley. On the way, we will get an opportunity to see the beautiful natural scenery, landscapes, and small towns. After reach in Kathmandu valley, first of all, check out the hotel then we will explore all around the Thamel Bazaar where we will spend one night.

DAY 20:  FINAL DEPARTURE

Early in the morning, our staff will take you through the international airport to see you off. If your flight leaves early we will drop you off at the airport.
