Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu Our representative will meet and welcome you to Nepal upon reach in Kathmandu valley. After reach in Kathmandu valley, an international airport, our staff will wait for you to pick-up you and after picking you up from the airport we will move towards the hotel and spend overnight.        Day 02: Fly to Nepalgunj 1 hour We will have breakfast early in the morning and then slowly move towards the local airport to fly towards Nepalgunj. Upon 1 hour fly from Kathmandu valley, we will reach Nepalgunj. After reach in Nepalgunj, first of all, we will check out the hotel and explore all around the city and spend one night. Day 03: Fly to Jhuphal and walking to Dunai (2,850m) 2-3 hours In the morning after having breakfast, we will drive towards the local airport of Nepalgunj to fly towards Jhuphal. After 45 minutes flight from Nepalgunj, we will reach Jhuphal. We will take some rest in Jhuphal and slowly move towards Dunai where we will spend one night. Day 04: Walking to Ankhe (2,896m) 5-6 hours This is the second-day walking trekking in Upper Dolpa trekking where we will walk from Dunai to Ankhe. The trail is up and down before reaching Ankhe. We will pass through the lush forest of rhododendron, pine, and birch tree on the way and we will have an opportunity to see the trail passes through Thulo Bheri where we will have our lunch and slowly move towards Ankhe and spend one night. Day 05: Walking to Sulighat 5-6 hours Today the trek is downhill, so it shouldn’t be very difficult and we will enjoy the beautiful mountain views. We will cross many suspension bridges, the lush forest of rhododendron, beautiful landscapes, and small villages. We will have our lunch on the way and slowly move towards Sulighat where we will spend one night. Day 06: Walking to Phoksundo Lake (3,611m) 4-5 hours The trail includes mostly flat and gentle downs so pretty easy and the path skirts around the ridge, staying mostly level. Their panorama invites an early start and involves a two-hour climb to the summit and you will reach the top and find yourself surrounded all side by the mountains. Day 07: Rest day at Phoksundo Lake Today we don’t start our trekking because today is only for the rest. After having a hot breakfast we will explore all around Phoksundo Lake. There are plenty of things to do around Phoksundo Lake which is the main center of the Manaslu region. We enjoy captivating views of the mountains and spend time exploring the surrounding before descending back to Phoksundo Lake. Day 08: Walking to Phoksundo Khola 4-5 hours It then climbs gradually past an impressive main wall, crossing steam to the small village. On the way, we will have an opportunity to explore one of the oldest monasteries of this route. We will have our lunch on the way then slowly move towards Phoksundo Khola where we will spend one night. Day 09: Walking to Phoksundo Bhanjyang 6-7 hours This day the trail drops to Phoksundo Bhanjyang which crosses another exciting Tibetan Buddhist Monasteries. Today we will pass through the forest of birches conifers and rhododendron and with the beautiful barley, potato, and buckwheat fields complete with grazing animals dotted along with those fields. We will have our lunch on the way then slowly move towards Phoksundo Bhanjyang where we will spend one night. Day 10: Walking to Shey Gompa (4,500m) 5-6 hours Our trail descends through village ridge to the small village after having a hot breakfast. Before reaching Shey Gompa, we will cross the suspension bridge the trail gradually ascends up to the landslide. We will have our lunch on the way then slowly move towards Shey Gompa where we will spend one night. Day 11:  Rest day at Shey Gompa Today we don’t start our trekking because today is only for the rest. After having a hot breakfast we will explore all around Shey Gompa. There are plenty of things to do around Shey Gompa which is the main center of the Manaslu region. We enjoy captivating views of the mountains and spend time exploring the surrounding before descending back to Shey Gompa. Day 12: Walking to Namduna Gaun (4,800m) 6-7 hours We will be a tough day for us as we have to pass four passes to reach Namduna Gaun. We will have an opportunity to see the wonderful views of the mountain, and beautiful landscapes. On the way, we will have our lunch and slowly move towards our destination where we will spend one night. Day 13: Walking to Saldang (3,620m) 4-5 hours The trek across a wide pass which is a much-wanted change for walking in a straight line and also joins the trails below through beautiful views across the valley. We will have our lunch on the way then after we will slowly move towards Saldang where we will spend one night. Day 14: Walking to Yangze Gompa (4,960m) 4-5 hours The trail from Saldang follows the narrow gap between the glacial moraine and the walls of the mountain. The trek does not have any steep climbing though it will be difficult and tiring due to high elevation. On the route, we will have our lunch on the way and slowly move towards Yangze Gompa where we will spend one night. Day 15: Walking to Sibu (4,560m) 6-7 hours There are two trails that connect to Sibu from here where we will retrace the path back towards Saldang villages. We will have our lunch in Saldang village and take some rest. From Saldang village, we will follow the trail of the river bed we pass through the terraced field, Stupas, and Chortens before reaching Sibu where we will spend overnight. Day 16: Walking to Jeng-la Phedi (4,900m) 5-6 hours We will pass by caravans with yaks that are moving towards the Tibetan border. On the route, we will have our lunch and slowly move towards Jeng-La Phedi where we will go to spend one night. Day 17: Walking to Tokyu Gaon (4209m) 5-6 hours This day we will have an excellent view of the snow range emerges to the south. Early in the morning we get up and set forth on today’s trek. On the way, we will have an opportunity to see one of the oldest monasteries of this route which is called Tokyu monastery, and spend one night in Tokyu Gaon. Day 18: Walking to Dho Tarap (4,040m) 4-5 hours There is also a marsh which is also a common feature in the Desert Mountains of Tibet and the Ladakh Himalaya. The route leads eastward along the downhill course of Tarap Chaur with the lush verdant grass on both sides. We will have our lunch on the way then slowly move towards Dho Tarap where we will spend one night. Day 19: Rest day at Dho Tarap Today we don’t start our trekking because today is only for the rest. After having a hot breakfast we will explore all around Dho Tarap. There are plenty of things to do around Dho Tarap which is the main center of the Manaslu region. We enjoy captivating views of the mountains and spend time exploring the surrounding before descending back to Dho Tarap. Day 20: Walking to Tarap Khola (Kamakharka) (3,800m) 6-7 hours This will be one of the exciting days of this trip walks as the valley becomes so narrow in a deep gorge that in some places we can jump from one side to another. Upon 6 to 7 hours walking from Dho Tarap, we will reach Tarap Khola where we will spend one night. Day 21: Walking to Khanigaon (3,150m) 4-5 hours We continue walking down the gorge of the Tarap Khola. The trail includes mostly flat and gentle downs so pretty easy and the path skirts around the ridge, staying mostly level. Their panorama invites an early start and involves a two-hour climb to the summit and you will reach the top and find yourself surrounded all side by the mountains. Day 22: Walking to Tarakot (2,537m) 4-5 hours The way is scenic and varied through the rhododendron, magnolia, maple, birch forest long ranges of the Himalayas on the background and there you are rewarded with frost and often snow along the trail. We will have a wonderful view of the mountain, beautiful landscapes, and small villages of this route and slowly move towards Tarakot where we will spend one night. Day 23: Walking to Dunai (2,140m) 5-6 hours We leave Tarakot for Dunai after having a hot breakfast. We will have an opportunity to see the wonderful views of the mountain, beautiful landscapes, and small villages on the route. From Dunai, we will have wonderful views of the mountain and beautiful landscapes, and we will spend one night. Day 24: Walking to Jhuphal 2-3 hours The day starts with a gentle climb. It soon becomes steeper, climbing through a wild forest of hemlocks, oaks, maples, and white and pink rhododendron high above the. We will have our lunch on the way then slowly move towards Jhuphal where we will spend one night. Day 25: Fly to Nepalgunj and then Fly to Kathmandu Early in the morning after having breakfast, we will drive towards the local airport of Jhuphal to fly towards Nepalgunj. After some minutes of flight from Jhuphal, we will reach Nepalgunj and we will take some rest and then we will fly towards Kathmandu valley. We will drop ourselves off at our hotel and we have the rest of the day off. And in the evening time, we will explore all around the Thamel and we will shop. We will have our farewell dinner too and spend the night in Kathmandu valley. Day 26: Final departure We will drive you to the airport to back to home or onward destinations. And on our way home will plenty of time to plan our next adventure in the wonderful country of Nepal and hope that you will have a wonderful time with us and also hope that, you will give us an opportunity to serve you again.
